THE PILLARS OF OUR PROGRAM
Yoga is a non-competitive physical discipline that fosters a healthy body image. As girls listen to their bodies and explore different postures, they learn to accept and celebrate the way they are made.
Our curriculum is composed of 100 original storybooks each featuring a female protagonist. After class, girls receive a download of the weekly e-book so that they can engage with our characters again and again.
After storytime and yoga, girls internalize the daily lesson through a team-building activity followed by discussion. This time of collaborative reflection allows girls to put the daily theme into practice.
